Snowing

The funny thing about Vancouver is that as soon as it snows, the whole city shuts down. My sister got out of going to UBC today because of snow! I remember hoping for exams to be canceled back in UofT, but no storm stops anything in the East Coast.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a perfect Vancouverite. I'm not leaving the house today. Walking in snow is way too much work for me.

It's balmy weather here! I think it's supposed to hit a high of 17 deg this week! (and then plummet to near zero starting Friday...boo)
Hope the water advisory didn't affect you...my sister said that the water from her faucet was slightly yellow, but it was better than the brown downtown at my bro-in-law's office. yuck...

Mine wasn't yellow, but it did smell different. I didn't mind, since it smelled like hot springs water.
